Set in a quiet Cul de Sac, with sea views and a 10 minute walk to the beach. A well maintained apartment. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet, bath and overhead shower; bedding and linen provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and an electric oven and hob. A cool bag with ice blocks are available for a picnic on the beach. The lounge/dining room consists of a dining table and four chairs, two sofas also one floor and one ceiling fan.
There are two patio doors leading from the lounge onto the terrace, which has a gas BBQ, a table, 4 chairs and a parasol. From the terrace there are amazing views of the sea and the Indalo Mountain. As the area is very hilly it isn't suitable for people with mobility restrictions. The shared pool is to be accessed by gates which are to be locked at all times; keys will be supplied. In the pool area there is both sex toilets and two showers on the pool side. We have our own loungers in a locked cupboard for use at the pool side.
A travel cot, buggie, high chair, potty and a microwave sterilising unit are left in the apartment if needed.
A folder full of local information is kept in one of the living room drawers in the apartment.
